All to get fit for Criminal Justice. The more i worked out the better i felt, and i realized i was really passionate about fitness. Now I've switched majors so i can become a personal trainer and i feel a lot better about things. Now fitness is a part of my life no matter what I do.

The pump. Lifting gives me a satisfaction that I have worked hard to obtain the body i currently have. Also, the way being strong makes me feel; confident, strong, happy. also, THE PUMP!
