I joined the AF and took advantage of their free gym and loved it! I became a gym rat right away. To join the AF I had to gain 5 pounds and be 100. So that should give you an idea of how small I was. I did and gained 5 more pds from all the good food they made me eat at basic training....lol My first goal was to get better legs. I think I did, I usually get compliments at the gym about my legs. So all throughout the years I have worked out and maintained a good body weight but the past few years I have had to urge to take my body to another level. So I have mentioned it to guys (friends or significant others) but i have always gotten bad responses like "don't start looking like a guy" or "a woman should be soft with curves". So because of the responses I didnt. Well I believe I
won't loose that and I want to do it for myself. With the life changes I faced I had no one but myself to hold me
back from doing it. I loved the challenge and I think it is be something positive for me mentally and physically.
