Throughout school i had low self-esteem and such i was unpopular, not athletic & most people generally hated me because of how i was and i looked and i just wanted to make some improvements in my lifestyle as well as helping others do the same and working out is also a great release, as i got older i saw developments and differences in the way people treated me. Reading some of the threads on bodybuilding.com and various things really helped me greatly. I believe in self-improvement & self-empowerment for everyone and improving what you have to your full potential to be and look the best you can mentally and physically. I feel working out done in a positive manner can help you in life and also socially be a bonus or a release from stress, it can also help in social situtations as it can give confidence. I just generally started by wanting to be faster, more agile, stronger and generally improving for sports as well as overall general confidence I think it is good to have some features in general that stand out and of course i would have to promote http://www.rosstraining.com which greatly helped me with athletic needs showing me the true way an athlete should train.
I do enjoy working out for a sense of excitement and adrenaline, its a really great feeling. I also like how i can take my shirt off and have women generally say i have a hot body, it feels good and helps with confidence.
