I found out I was a type 2 Diabetic and that certain organs in my body were being damaged. I got serious about my health and wellness. I changed my diet and started to exercising on a more regular basis. I went from 345 down to 275 from February 16 to June 15. I'm continuing to lose weight and maintain a healthier life style. I was introduced to this site and app from a friend of mine and it is helping me proceed.

Seeing where I started and the progress I've made so far keeps me motivated to be better and something more. The community here is very encouraging and helpful in me reaching my goals.
