I have been working out, at home, work and a gym since I was a teenager. Just recently have I up'd my game and incorporated weight lifting into my workout regimen.
Unfortunately, I was in the wrong place @the wrong time and was the victim of 5 m/v accidents thruout various years. Yes, I am insured but seriously...did they have to pick me to rear end 3x and t-bone 2x !! I must have a Guardian Angel becuz I am still here. Sustained soft tissue/nerve damage that is isolated to the neck/head/shoulder area(s). As a result I live day to day with chronic pain, that now has a fancy title specialists call, "Fibromyalgia". I fight thru the pain and manage it to the best of my abilities and then some - I will never give up. In fact, I work out more now than I did when I was in my 20's. I always say there is S/1 worse off than me and I am blessed to still have all my mobility. It is however, a little frustrating that I am a little slower at increasing weights in terms of my upper body but I will get there... and yes, I STILL DRIVE :D
