My boyfriend, now husband, introduced me in college. Life got me off track, and I was working out off and on, not realizing I was going down hill. Three years ago in May I went swimsuit shopping. I found a bikini I liked at Sport's Authority. I thought it looked good on me, then I turned to see the back view. My rear was creamed corn and doorknobs. I left without the swimsuit, deciding I wouldn't be swimming any time soon. I was horrified, but determined to change. I started pulling out the body building magazines I get at work (the best freebie from my job). I saw Jamie Eason and admired her physique and believed that I could be just as fit and strong. I studied workout plans, built my own, stuck to the cooking light magazines....and now I'm fitter than ever.

It's a great way to release stress and energy. It's also a great way to test my limits. It's a challenge - if I think I cannot do it, I'll make myself do it.
