I been on and off with working out since probably 2010.
2015 I really went full throttle by working out at home doing body weight exercises and HIIT training then finally joining a gym when winter came round but i don't see myself leaving the gym now.
To understand why i started you have to go back to the beginning
about 9 years ago i took a sedentary job and that's where it started and I went from 90kgs to 125kgs in a few years
A few years later i tried to do something about it and tried to work out and then eventually join a gym but my results weren't that great! for 1 whole year i lost 10 kgs and that was it.
Wasn't until a few later i got back into working out again and went from 125kgs to 107kgs just by working out at home.
but then i stopped and let life's pleasures distract me, mostly partying and drinking and i was an avid gamer!
2015 i noticed my effort start to diminish and went from 107kg to 115kg at this point i was once again motivated and started working out at home again and the weight went down to 100kgs
I then i joined a gym when winter came and haven't looked back
My lowest weight i got to was 91.7kgs but gained some back during december 2015 and go to 95kgs
Right now as of 08/01/2016 im 93.8 and my goal will be 80kgs
Why i love it seeing your results and watching everyone just freak out about how you look now is a great feeling, you get old friends that haven't seen you for a long time are just in Awe of how you look now also and in my experience didnt even recognise you!
Also its great to be an inspiration to my friends and family and all of sudden people want your advice and help on how to lose weight, its awesome that is why I love it!
