I started lifting in 6th grade just as a way to stay out of trouble and because it made me feel good about myself. As time went on i started become more and more enamored with weightlifting that i ended up training 6 days a week. I also realized how great it was and how much it made a difference when i competed in freestyle and greco roman wrestling.Around time for my freshman year of college i decided to take up and learn mixed martial arts and joined the United States Army Reserve. From there my strength and conditioning program took on a change. I started working out 2-3 times a day up until my junior year until a freak accident happened while i was attending army field training. i slipped a disc in my lower back. After that incident i stopped lifting and MMA all together. But now that after countless rehab sessions and my nevder ending intense desire to compete. I've decided that i'm going to get back into the cage and train in the weight room like an unchained beast!!
