My father is actually pretty big in the body building industry (Hugo Rivera), Therefore, i've grown up in a bodybuilding household. Growing up i took after my dad's terrible genetics and was very overweight. i would try working out and dieting, however it was really hard for me being a kid and loving food and never fully being able to stay committed. Until now that is...I one day just went ahead and took a good look in the mirror and knew this isn't who i wanted to be. So i just told my dad i wanted to get started and he helped me come up with a training program and meal plan in which i am still following to this day! I have never been anymore committed to doing something than i am right now. I've been doing it for about 6 months straight now not missing a single workout or having a single cheat meal. so far so good! and the 50lbs i lost so far is also some nice icing on the cake! Anyhow, i guess it's safe to say this lifestyle is staying for the better.
