I worked in a gym when I was 16 and since then I have always maintained a healthy active lifestyle.
As I got older I have tried a variety of programs and have enjoyed them all mostly. Latley I have been more concertrating on the Calories that I need to build and loose fat which becomes a science that I truly love!
I also love that a very close friend of mine is also as dedicated and in this competition as well!!
I had my son at the end of 2013 and worked out until the day my water broke. After having a C-Section I really struggled with recovery and gaining muscles back especially in my core. 6 months later I became a single mom which makes it even harder however each day I dedicate time each day for myself and the temple I live in ; my body.
I have always loved working out. I love working out hard, feeling sore, sweating, and feeling the intense struggle.
