I used to be very regular with my workouts for long time. But after i started working it was difficult to continue and at 1 point i completly stopped due to work pressure and i started gaining weight. My weight was around 72Kg and it crossed 100 at 1 point. I tried to do simple exercises and normal cardio like walking to try to reduce weight but couldnt do much. I could reduce till 95 Kg. For long time i was thinking of doing a regular workout. I joined gym several times for 6 months to 1 year membership but could never continue for more than 1 or 2 weeks. Finally I decided to do anyhow. I started with 12 weeks transformation of Kris Gethin in Oct 2013 but after 30 days due to some difficult situation + my laziness i started eating normal fool and within 7 days i gained 4 Kgs of Weight. So I am starting the 12 Week;s transformation again from 26th Nov 2013.
I love the workout from Kris Gethin because I could really see the results very fast. I lost from 95 Kg to 86.4 in 30 days. Now i gained again around 3-4 Kgs so I am planning to start this transformation again. I am very motivated because now from the beginning i can lift much heavy weight that my previous start. So very motivated and focused. Lets see what happens.
