I was an athlete while in high school. As an adult though, I started working out to get back in shape after having my daughter. Fell off the wagon..but have continued working out in recent years just as a healthier way of life.

I love being able to challenge myself and reach new goals that I set. there's a type of "heck yea!" I did that! That I love being able to internally know that I conquered. I like knowing that the body is capable of being transformed with dedication and hard work and that in fueling it properly one can reap the positive benefits thereof.
