I was always involved in athletics boxing, martial arts, being my thing I was leanly built for a youth. A friend of mine who I haven't seen for awhile was doing bodybuilding and showed real progression. He took me to the gym with for a few workouts and I was hooked & booked for life.

I love workingout because it gives me purpose. Purpose to get up, purpose to accomplish goals, purpose to live a happy and fruitful life. And it also makes look pretty good in a T.
