I've always been into dancing/entertaining so I've naturally got a great build. But after having kids my body took a huge toll for the worst. Gained enough weight to bring me to 200 lbs at 5'2. So I took charge and after training for 3 years I noticed a huge change in clothing sizes, my energy was high, I had lost 90 lbs and now I'm looking to get ripped and more lean so I compete:)

Because of how it makes you feel. I feel incredible! Strong! And Powerful! In control, and most importantly I know I'm doing my body good:)
