I used to get in the gym all the time but then suffered an injury that kept me out for quit a while. During that time I went through a life change, depression hit and I had no motivation. Long story short I was at my lowest low and I had to do something about it. I needed to find purpose for myself and gain motivation from that. I joined a fitness group in my town and the people I workout with are like family. We push each other to our potential in and out of the gym. These people help get me back to my self and for that I am grateful. They all told me about this 6 week Challenge and the potential to win $10,000 for the best overall transformation. In the last three weeks I have pushed myself to limits 6 days a week and have kept a strict diet. I'm seeing the result mentally and physically. and its really rewarding. I know what I put into this I will get back and that is pure motivation, motivation to see the results and person I know I have always been. I've created a habit, 21 days straight , and I'm ready for a lifetime!
