I saw a magazine in a store which had the basics of bodybuilding for home equipment so I bought it and got started.

It's the time of the day when I get to do what I love doing. Improving on my physique and helping others. The small changes are what keeps me going, because a few months down the line, those small changes turn into big improvements.
