OVERALL GOAL///TRANSFORM MY BODY
"Lose about 70 pounds and 20% body fat. Rebuild muscle and look as good in my 40s as I want to feel. Want to lift 4-5 times per week, incorporate HIIT and some running/cycling. Looking to do intermittent fasting 16:8 to help with ketosis/health."
