Did: 4 sets of WG pull-downs, 4 sets of CG pull-downs, 4 sets of straight arm/straight bar pull-downs, 4 sets of high pulley rows to chest, 4 sets of Nautilus Nitro pullovers, 4 sets of reverse preacher curls and 4 sets of standing straight bar curls on the 3 dimensional Max Rack. Happy numbers for today were: 180 lbs X 10 on the WG pull-downs and 157.5 lbs X 10 on the high pulley rows to chest. Reverse preacher curls were a killer! Haven't done those in months. Guy with the biggest biceps I've ever seen claimed that those were the trick. Very happy with today's productivity and lifts! Hope that everyone had a great day. Going to switch up my plan. Which isnt typically smart, but I think itll be worth it. With the help of a friend, I designed a cardio and muscle endurance style workout. Hopefully ill be able to train rock climbing 3 days, cardio and endurance 3 days and rest 1 day. Goal is to regain bouldering strength and retain strength and stamina from this hunting season. Idaho hunting can be brutal at times, so Iâd rather stay in shape than have to earn it all over again.
