Good morning Fitfam! 3:45 am Cardio - 2 km walk. Working with chiro for next couple of wks, so my training's going to be a bit less weights, more reps, cardio for now - I'm working on it. Lots of changes happening in my life, pulling my comfort zone out underneath me like it wasn't even there! lol I'm in a serious learning curve in my life, actually knew this was coming, sooner or later - now it's my time to face my fears head on and smash it to pieces - yeah baby!
