My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

My Workout Program

For my work out plan i like to work out 5 days a week. With 2 rest a week. I try to get atleast one hour per day of my work out. A majority of my work out consists of curls. From the very biggnining for a warm up I work my biseps for a warm up. Till the end of a work out no matter what body part im working out that day. I listen to my body very carefully. Like when my body has the tiniest little fealing to whant to go eat, i go eat from a variaty of protein foods. I don't take any supplements exept dayly one vitamins. I like to weight lift with cardio no matter how much i am lifting. I like to go for like atleast 50 full reps with a couple breths in between. I don't have many weights but i shure know how to make the best of them - )

My Motivation Program

Look at bodybuilding vids. Going out side and fealing the air really pumps me up, staying away from technology does to. Looking at my self in the mirror keeps me motivated, also buying new exersise equipment, my fam and friends that support me allong the way. And the desire to not give up, to keep going, to never give up on my dreams.

rob.kreutzer Progress is going slow but steady. Ya my calves/legs are one of the few body parts that will grow for me. But yeah progress is slow. jasoncpowell Seriously...outside of eating right...here's how it goes. Train as HARD as you can...put EVERYTHING into it, then, when you are done...try a little harder. You'll get there, one pound at a time..hang in there!!! Sep 8, 2009 8:26am
