I started lifting after serious breakup. I didn't know how to cope with the pain so i started working out alone at Golds Gym in Northridge. The pain was so bad it was so hard to keep me out of the gym. Me and my GF met on the internet. We fell in love, and when she planned to move out to CA we had dreams of running on the beach together, being fit and in shape. She was the only girl that believed in my true dream of being and athlete. She was the most amazing individual I’d ever met. Before I met her I was a depressed, my dreams felt shot, and my ambitions were in the gutter. When she moved to Ca we were poor and struggling. We sold candy bars on Hollywood blvd to afford dinner. When she couldn’t take it anymore she left, and she was gone forever. Deep down I know I didn’t disserve her, I felt like broke down loser with nothing to offer. It was this event in my life that sparked my ambition inside. When me and Constance first met I shaved my head, and since then I haven’t cut my hair. I’ve always been a short hair guy but I’ve decided that this year until I win the body transformation the hair stays until I accomplish my dream.
Why I Love It:
You teach self to become more self disiplined, you become more responsible. And just overall more organized with everything else in life. Getting serious about your health really requires all those things, and once you can apply those things to your health you can use those tools to help you other aspects of your life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Every few months or so i like to set the bar higher and higher. I've been working out for over a year now, and i just seem to get more involved and more knowledge thirsty then ever before.
BB Accomplishments:
Working out on a program for over a year. Making different routines, over coming plateaus... all the books i've read and all the knowledge that i've attained in my first year of training. The greatest accomplishment i could of ever had was never giving up. And fighting through what most people cant take the first couple of months.
well i like myofusion because it taste great and its from gaspari. Why i like gaspari is because i'm plenty happy with superpump 250 and plasma jet already.

What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
Superpump250 Its the first supplement I've tried. And so far i think it works great. I know it gives me a great pump, gives me energy and alertness, and helps me focus.
Description: this is me warming up, unfortunately my digital camera is just that a digital camera, and unable to take much memory. So This is where our journey ends for now. I'll post later videos of me working out.

today i'm over at the library i'm fixing some things on my bodyspace. I only have one hour but i don't think i will get everything done today. It may take me about three days or so but i'm sure i manage to get everything done.
