Being chubby when i was a young teenager, and wanted to be like my brother who was naturally skinny. I began by just hardcore dieting and losing my fat, and now I've incorporated heavy lifting and long cardio sessions from cross country.

Why I Love It:
The feeling I get after an intense workout, or long cardio run. Is amazing it makes me feel like a million bucks.

Ok well this is my beginning. I'm currently 164 lbs. Pretty weak though. I usually go to the gym hit the weights, but I never really make gains. I usually rep 145 8x 6x 4x. do some curls some dips etc never legs because I run long distance track atm, and cannot get sore.
