How I Started:
Wanted to build my endurance up after I suffered as a child with asthma. I think I've worked it out of my system now.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me feeling great, like a natural high.
How I Stay Motivated:
My trainer Saredhabibi! He's accepting new clients as well, so be sure to hit him up! He also has a personal training site coming soon. Add him as inspiration, because this beast practices what he preaches! This dude is so dedicated. Upped my motivation level to an 11!
