Background

When I Started: Jan 2010
HOW I STARTED:

Well I never have been one to really throw weight around. I have never been one to really even lift weights but one day I was sitting home looking through pictures and I hated what I saw. I was fit in high school and joined the military and continued to be fit. I got out in 2005 and totally let myself go. I ballooned up to 280+ from 200 pounds. After looking at the pics I decided that it was time for a change and so I made a new years resolution to do something about it. I hated the fact that I had become one of the people that would say I hate how I look and continued to eat the fried chicken. So I finally realized that if there is something about myself that I don't like then change it. I proceeded to do so. And here I am.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I find it extremely intriguing. Just the whole world of it is exciting. I love the fact that I can make little tweaks here and there and significant changes in my body. Its just an amazing sport. I don't really like the working out part. Honestly, I go the gym and kill it daily not because I like it but I understand that its necessary for me to achieve the look, build and level of sexiness that I want. Thats why I do it. A little vain maybe but it is what it is.

***Continuation Of Previous Post*** To be totally honest with you guys my main motivation throughout this entire competition was my wife. My wife (fellow bodyspace member: NDyce) who has performed an amazing transformation herself was constantly pushing me to go harder and harder everyday. Hello, My name is Trelas A Dyson III a.k.a TDyce and this is my journey. This has been truly a long, wonderful and trying 12 weeks but I am proud of myself for making it to the finish line with flying colors. The main reason I started this journey was my grandfather. He passed in 2009 and it bothered me quite a bit which I never talked about. I'm currently sitting at the same weight you were when you started the fitness challenge and would like to get down to being as lean as you are.
