Well I never have been one to really throw weight around. I have never been one to really even lift weights but one day I was sitting home looking through pictures and I hated what I saw. I was fit in high school and joined the military and continued to be fit. I got out in 2005 and totally let myself go. I ballooned up to 280+ from 200 pounds. After looking at the pics I decided that it was time for a change and so I made a new years resolution to do something about it. I hated the fact that I had become one of the people that would say I hate how I look and continued to eat the fried chicken. So I finally realized that if there is something about myself that I don't like then change it. I proceeded to do so. And here I am.
Why I Love it
I find it extremely intriguing. Just the whole world of it is exciting. I love the fact that I can make little tweaks here and there and significant changes in my body. Its just an amazing sport. I don't really like the working out part. Honestly, I go the gym and kill it daily not because I like it but I understand that its necessary for me to achieve the look, build and level of sexiness that I want. Thats why I do it. A little vain maybe but it is what it is.
