Good evening fit fam. Chest and triceps today on the mid-week lunch crunch X-press. Upper and inner chest were the focus. Some supersets. Did: 4 sets of steeply inclined DB press, 4 sets of steeply inclined DB flies, 4 sets of cable iron crosses (facing the machine), 4 sets of cable crossovers, 4 sets of pec flies on the pec deck, 4 sets of lying Svend Press (on a slight incline), 4 sets of overhead triceps rope extensions (low and leaning forward) and 4 sets of two arm DB triceps kickbacks with a hammer curl finish. Really concentrated on that mid-rep squeeze. Targets hit. Mission accomplished! Hope that everyone had a great day. Have a great night! Bob
