I wish you success in your quest to get fit. I suggest you combine weight lifting; some form of cardio and a good nutrition plan, as you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur. I used the Body for Life program and had great results; you might want to give it a look-see. Stay strong and believe in yourself and what you can accomplish. Give me a yell if you wish.
Right on man! My hats off to you sticking to you program. I bet your strength and endurance comes as a blessing to those people you are trying to help. EMS must be stressful but totally rewarding at times.
