28

Occupation:
Gym instructor, personal trainer

Gym Location:
26 Squat Rack lane
When I Started:
1999
How I Started:
I got started because I wanted to be bigger and stronger to help me in my martial arts goals. I got fed up of losing because I was the smallest in my weight group.
Why I Love It:
The lifestyle, health benefits and of course seeing how the body responds to resistance training. Knowing that you are achieving something that a large percentage of the population simply cannot be bothered to do, or simply don't have the discipline to do gives a definate feel good factor.
How I Stay Motivated:
Setting higher goals for yourself. Seeing changes and recieving positive comments from people. The fear of being average. The health benefits of being a natural bodybuilder.
BB Accomplishments:
Gaining 17lbs of muscle in about 1 and a half years. Achieving my current body weight of 199lbs with a body fat percentage of 6.2%

I think the "vacuum" looks suits me far better. Despite my expression I was not drunk, honestly!
Get into great condition for my next show on September 27th. Survive contest prep!
Goal (Long):
1. Bring NATURAL BODYBUILDING to Norway and show people that it is possible to build a fantastic physique without taking shortcuts. Start a Natural bodybuilding federation in Norway so that people athletes have an alternative to drugs.
2. Overcome my horrible genetics and build the best natural physique possible with what I've got! Bulk up to 220lbs. Squat 308lbs (140kg) for 5 reps.
