A friend of mine got me into the gym during the summer before my junior year in college. I was amazed at how many compliments I got when I went back to school in the fall.
Why I Love It:
I love the overall feeling of being in shape. I love the challenge of hitting the goals I set for myself in the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to as healthy as I can for myself and my family.
BB Accomplishments:
I trimmed down to 7% back in 2001. Benched 315 during a contest at my home gym.

I would like to add lean muscle and lose bodyfat I have gained over the past couple of years. I am currently 6'1 and weigh 210-215 pounds. My bodyfat is approximately 18% currently. It is my goal to get my bodyfat down to 10% while keeping my weight above 200 pounds.
Where do I start? First off she's more beautiful and sexy than most women half her age. She works so hard and is so determined... I read her profile almost every day and every day it's like I'm reading it for the first time. She is superstar in the gym, and out.
Kelly is not only incredibly hard working and disciplined, she is also quite possible the nicest, sweetest bodyspace member, I have always felt so comfortable in our conversations and I know she would be willing to help anyone with anything relating to fitness. You are the BEST Kelly.
I have been for the past few weeks battling a sore shoulder. At this point I'm quite sure it's a rotator cuff issue... you see I used to play a lot of baseball and did a great deal of pitching when I was younger, so I have a good idea of this type of pain. I'm not exactly sure what to...
