How I Started:
Came out of active duty military after a few years from the army airborne rangers, and realized i had gone from a college scholarship track star super soldier,to an overweight guy with a beergut, and no muscle. I just wanted to get back into shape, and it just took off from there!!
Why I Love It:
Cause it is a constant challenge, it makes me feel great, and it is interesting to be able to sculp your body like a piece of art!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I try an constantly educate myself with lifting, supplementation, and learning from amateur and pro's. It helps me to realize some potential and growth.

May 1, 2010 Fox cities Invitational....It'll be my first show!

today i was doing a shoulder burnout routine!! and since my shoulders have been hurting a little bit id thought id take some time off of them.....but today i thought i would test their endurance with light weight and high reps and one second reps!!

workout was great, and had a huge sweat...
