My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program
I lift M-W-F with rest inbetween unless cardio or raquetball
Monday is abs & chest
Wednesday is fore arms & legs
Friday is bi's, tri's, upper back & shoulders
I know, friday is alot, but that lets me get my work out done in 3 nights.
I do cardio every night with the Precore bike on level 11 for 30 minutes and doing stairs on the Precore eliptical on level 11 for 15-20 minutes.
I lift light, reps of 10-22 and 2-5 sets. More for definition and cardio, NOT for any muscle building.
I have a great pre work out drink switching on & off of creatine every other month and follow up with an ON 100% whey protein drink afterwards and every morning.
