Fitness and Filters: post-Highland Park morning crush, got freaky with the adductors today and sweated out a punisher superset of pull-ups to fail (utilizing the philosophy of static contraction for 10 secs) then 10 pushups (repeat for 5X sets). by the last set I managed 1 pull-up and nearly pooped my pants on the sweaty seventh second. **** Yeah!
