Confidence! Strong & healthy! ???

Nothing has made me more confident than having muscle. ?????. I feel strong and healthy! I never want to feel thin or frail. I saw my mom go through that before we lost her to breast cancer 30 years ago. ???. The extreme chemo treatments took a toll on her young body. Now I’m a couple months older than the age she ever lived to be, 50 1/2 years. It’s thanks to her that I am living this healthy lifestyle & am so incredibly driven. ?????. Lifting weights, focusing on quality sleep & fueling my body with nourishing foods has been an absolute life changer to me. I love how it feels to have muscle & be able to rock any outfit! Nothing beats feeling great & having optimal health! ?????????????
