How I Stay Motivated:
My attitude toward food has completely changed. My motivation is to find out how healthy my body can look. The small changes along the way keep me smiling.

Thanks man! I have miles to go but even baby steps in the right direction are progress. I just HAVE to find the patience not to get discouraged. The older I get the HARDER and SLOWER progress becomes, not to mention the less patient I get LOL!

Gym has a new trainer who followed me around my circuit setting the machines, counting reps and writing down my results for me. Nice but really wore me out since there was not any recovery time between exercises. 65,915 total volume tonight!

Scale is still stuck but showed 14 inch improvement overall this week, down 6.75 bad inches and up 7.25 good inches!

Yes ive done so mnay different arm excercises now its unreal.Preachers usually gets them going.Triceps i find doing the french press is great.Basically i need to eat some more and tweak abit.Get too much joint pain if i go mad on arms!So slow as i go, i will get there.

Doing ok, training is great ! I now just need to find a partner to train with for spotting. Starting to see some results, also started a new training routine this week.
