start ing 300lbs. double bi with a wrong button push
start photo--I actually realized this is after I started I weighed 284.8 in this photo...so I was 15.2lbs heavier than this when I started
I don't know what in the world button I pushed on my camera for this to happen, but I thought it turned out to be kinda interesting looking so I am posting it. I always set it on a timer so I can get in front of the camera and apparently I pushed some extra buttons today.

Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
work out log......I find it easier to destroy my muscle fibers just by switching up orders of excercises so it is good to know what order hurts the best

Thanks for the encouragement! You've really made a lot of progress! I'm still a little overwhelmed but I'm trying to narrow my 'to do' list down and try the things that work best for me! Man Im sore but stoked. Our team (Wichita Falls Kings) last season was realy good but some of the coaching and the owner was not that great. it's basicaly most of the same players this year but as a new team with a new owner (Whichita Falls Vipers) and in a new leage (MPFL) The Kings were in (TUFL) and that leauge sucks.This new leauge I hear is great and even provides insurance for players. This is a season I should be playing this season but family first.
