I don't know what in the world button I pushed on my camera for this to happen, but I thought it turned out to be kinda interesting looking so I am posting it. I always set it on a timer so I can get in front of the camera and apparently I pushed some extra buttons today.
Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
work out log......I find it easier to destroy my muscle fibers just by switching up orders of excercises so it is good to know what order hurts the best

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Grab my fat make it jiggle and get angry at the flab then blast some crazy death metal
On 1-3-09 I was a 300lb. tub of lard. 1-3-10 ends my rookie year. I cut my bodyfat by half and dropped over 80lbs. With year two of my fitness journey approaching I'm a year wiser and contemplating what my fitness goals are for year two. I want to put on muscle, but at the same time I...
Damn man, Nice work you are doing..
Thanks for the comment..yeah, I did pretty good, kept my bf% below 10 on that bulk..So I can't complain..
Thanks,

Thanks for the encouragement! You've really made a lot of progress! I'm still a little overwhelmed but I'm trying to narrow my 'to do' list down and try the things that work best for me! I'm still too chicken to post my 'before' pictures...I need at least 1 'after' picture first! I'm curious as to what supplements you started out on as well?
Hey bro, I am still goin heavy. I have been working my butt off too though, so I haven't been on here in a while. Great new picture, You are showing some good definition.
Man Im sore but stoked. Our team (Wichita Falls Kings) last season was realy good but some of the coaching and the owner was not that great. it's basicaly most of the same players this year but as a new team with a new owner (Whichita Falls Vipers) and in a new leage (MPFL) The Kings were in (TUFL) and that leauge sucks. This new leauge I hear is great and even provides insurance for players. This is a season I should be playing this season but family first.
