Wanted to finally stay focused on a regular workout routine. It's now become a huge part of my life.
Why I Love It:
It's very relaxing, a lot of fun, and makes me feel proud about my achievements. I stand out among a crowd and its given me a lot of confidence. I swell with pride when people comment on my physique.
How I Stay Motivated:
I remind myself of the alternative reality I'd be in if I wasn't taking care of my body. Its just a great feeling to lift, get sore, and look swole!
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
15-45sec on most sets. Up to 1-2min on more taxing exercises; squats and deadlifts. I don't want to rest too long but I want to make sure i have enough time to catch my breath.

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
None. I aspire to become a future image of myself; studly and very muscular!
