I started lifting weights my freshman year of high school during track season and developed a strong passion for fitness. My dad was also a competitive power lifter and Golden Glove Boxer and my mother very active in fitness.
Why I Love It:
I love to push myself to ultimate limits. It is also empowering to inspire other people to do the same.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want be a role model for my daughter and clients.

Placed 9th in Class C at Jr. Nationals 2007-My 1st National Level Show
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
30-45 sec if at all. I like to superset a lot to keep intensity high and time in the gym limited.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
There are many but a few include:
Behind the neck lat pulldown...can cause shoulder impingement
Deep Squatting-knee bent beyond 90 degree-can tear ligaments in knee
