How I Started:
I got started because I was always called "lanky" growing up. I guess I got tired of hearing it.
Why I Love It:
Because it forces me to take care of my body and keeps me in good health. I love the way I feel after a good workout. It has become a hobby, instead of "hooking up cars", I "hook up" my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at others and comparing my body to them. Reading Muscular Development Magazine. Being too hard on myself(cant help it). I have little man syndrome. Remind myself that I dont want to ever be called lanky again. Asking my Girl the famous question when we are in public..."Is he bigger than me?"
BB Accomplishments:
Weighted Dips:15reps of BW+45lbs, broke 200lbs overall weight(that took some work), 8 bodyweight pullups.
