I completed my 8th week of INSANITY this week. I have one more week to go until I complete this 60 day workout program INSANITY by Shaun T. I lost 4lbs. this week from 187lbs. to now weigh 183lbs. I feel great. I wish & give you my best. Continue to "DIG DEEPER!"

I have a picture of you from a Bodybuilding.com ad from Oxygen magazine on my fridge as inspiration. I am 100 pounds overweight and am currently working my way down (I have lost 30 pounds so far). I would eventually like to get into fitness bodybuilding. Diabetes runs in my family and I don't want to go there! Keep up the good work and know that you are a big inspiration to others. :)
