How I Started:
I have always been interested in the fitness world, I have a masters degree in nutrition and have been obsessed with having a decent body.
Why I Love It:
I love the results of working out. Working out is hard work but the payoff is incredible.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have seen what my abs look like if I do not hit the gym, or stay on my diet...abs turn into ab.
BB Accomplishments:
Well, I am currently competing and each time I compete I do better and better, I plan on competing in the USA's this July and if I continue to stay focused I should do well...But that morning cardio is a killer

I have a picture of you from a Bodybuilding.com ad from Oxygen magazine on my fridge as inspiration. I am 100 pounds overweight and am currently working my way down (I have lost 30 pounds so far). I would eventually like to get into fitness bodybuilding. Diabetes runs in my family and I don't want to go there! Keep up the good work and know that you are a big inspiration to others. :)
