The resistance that you fight physically in the gym and the resistance that you fight in life can only build a strong character.
High volume sets for that functional strength and endurance. High intensity combined with high reps. Specifically, calisthenics and running. Some days high, some days relatively low.

so it's been almost three months since knee surgery and I'm starting to feel more confident. my knee still starts to hurt after about 20 min on the bike and it's tight when I do leg curls but other than that, it's doing okay.

hi, thx for your comment. how do you like the lipo 6 and the zma? thank you for your compliment, though i feel like there is always some (little?) flaw i have to work on and improve here and there. so im never really content, or, i have to maintain. good luck with your goal, fellow californian.
