My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program
All I do is lift heavy and push to my limits everyday and repeat.
I always have liked lifting heavy so now depending on what I am trying to acheive I will pre exsust the body part with isolation moventments and hegh reps and finish my workout with Heavy compund movements like Barbel Rows, Squats, Bench Press or Dead Lifts depending on what body part day it is. Or I do the same thing in reverse order.

I have been doing Carb Cycling to cut and Watching My Macros when Im bulking and making sure I eat 1000 calories over my caloric need
Here Is My cutting program im currenty on it bascly a 50/30/20 split (protein/Carbs/Fats) I will post how I do my carb cycling and if you want to do it as well I will show you how to calculate it yourself so you can give it a try.

Meal 1: 2 scoops whey 1 cup rice
Meal 2: 12 Egg whites, 1 cup uncooked oatmeal with 1 tbs of sugar, ½ cup od veggies
Meal 3: 6oz Chicken, 2 medium Sweet Potatoes
Meal 4: 6oz Chicken, 2 cups Brown rice mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Workout
Post workout: 2 scoop whey Power Tech
Meal 5: 6oz Talapia, 2 cups white rice mix 1 table spoon of Olive oil with it, 1 cup of veggies
Meal 6: 6 oz Salmon, 2 medium Sweet potatoes, 1 cup of veggies, 1 scoop casein

Dymatize Nutrition-
ISO 100-Anytime protein with low calories and basically no carbs and fat
Fusion 7 - It a time released protein so you get fast, medium and slow digesting protein. Also you get seven types of protein so no matter what your goals you are getting every type of amino acid you will need
Casein - It’s a must for anyone it feed your body while you’re sleeping because its sow digesting and keeps you from going catabolic
Elite Mass - It’s my favorite mass gainer because it comes in small scoops not like some mass gainer which you have to use shovels to get one serving. Plus it has 600 cal and 77grams of carbs so you won’t get fat while you’re bulking you will just put on lean mass with the 55grams of protein and digestive enzymes it has so you can digest this tasty shake and feed your muscles. XPand 2X - In my opinion this is the best pre work I had. It gives me a great pump. With just the right amount of energy and focus without the crash.
Super Ammino 6000 - I take this with my Xpand 2X it gives me some extra BCAA's and Glutamine so I can start my workout at my best and make sure I wont go canabolic durning my workout.
DymaBurn - I take this when I need to cut some weight and get lean. This fat burner makes me more focused and aware than just hot and jittery like other fat burners.
Creatine - This is great because it help with all explosive movements I use creatine all the way till the last week of my prep
Super Multi - this is a cheap easy dissolvable Multi
