turbolean Hey, keep those progress updates coming; they're helping to keep me motivated. Remember, with each workout push a little harder so you can blast through any plateaus. -GentleGiant- Yea I guess it runs in the family, My brother is almost twice the size lol. However i believe anyone can get big if they train hard enough and lift heavy weights. About your question my calorie intake is about 2200-2500 calories per day. Jun 15, 2009 10:42pm
