How I Started:
I am just tired of trying to be thin. So I decided to hit the gym. I want to have muscle definition . I am doing this alone because no one who I associate with has intrest in getting fit. Hopefully I can get some help here.

BB Accomplishments:
For me just stepping into a gym is my accomplishment. I have no self esteem when it comes to my body so I am hoping when I start to see results that will chhange.

Goal (Long):
Drop to 140 pack get leaner and tighter so I can do my first competition. Its hard work and dedication Ive come this far so why stop now. Im scared and uneasy because I dont know if I can do this but if I dont try I will regret it. Its been a dream of mine to have a lean tight toned body. I want to be like the ladies in Oxygen Magazie and the other fitness magazines not the Cosmopolitan women!!
My legs were so flabby its taking me longer than I thought to get muscle on them. I get frustrated but I dont want to stop. Its going on a year and I am really starting to get into it. So lets see how I will look in another 8 months.

Smart and beatiful. I love her atheltic body and it proves you can have an athletic body and smokin hot. If had the choice to have the body of supermodel (thin and frail) or a toned and athletic body give me the toned and athletic body. I apprecite the hardwork she does and it makes me want to work hard also!
I love her so much. Stong and beautiful. I remeber when I first joined and I saw her profile. I wrote her and asked her about her legs. Her legs were great when I saw them but she wanted more and never stopped. I know she is a busy wife and mother but she always takes the time to respond to my emails when I am feeling down or frustrated. Its because of her I stayed on BB. I wished I lived closer to her. I was so excited when she became memeber of the week. Want to say more but I cant

Symptoms increased heart rate chest pains shortness of breath just a few though my condtion is very minor its still a medical condtion that I monitor
Since I have changed my lifestyle my symptoms have vanished. I used to have shortnesss of breath when I slept but I no longer suffer. What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
When you start dont stop. Ask questions, get knowledge about your goals so you can achieive them. DONT BELIEVE OR BUY NOTHING ON THOSE INFORMERICALS YOU CANT GET A 6PACK ABS IN 30 DAYS IF YOU HAVE 20LBS OF FAT COVERING THEM!!! IF YOU WANT TO GET IN SHAPE YOU HAVE TO GET IN A GYM. I got a tip that a local show is comming in June 2010. Yeah I talk about competiting but talk is cheap its time to do it. Im going to sign up for this show and do it. Nervous yes Scared yes but its something that ive always wanted to do and I beleive I have potential. I have my problem areas...
....I wish I had your friggin' arms...lol....funny thing is I've found, the legs and butt are the last to lose even though your upper body may be quite cut....it's our genetic predisposition to hold fat in that area because we want to have babies apparently...your legs have improved a 1000%....very happy for you...

Confidence is funny-its the one emotion u can fake and people believe it nd then you believ it too and in yourself. yeah 2 months well actually less than. Im just really watching my diet and not gaining excess weight. I don't have the stereoypical prggo cravings & I couldn't keep any garbage down if I wanted too. Its gonna take a lot of committment to do it but I have some moms on the figure forum who have done it and that inspires me.

Well mamma, yo've done very well since I've known you. You're made a lot of improvements, and i can tell your confidence is growing. When the time comes you'll do just fine. Seems to me like you're already strutting your stuff.
2012!! Thats so far away. You should be ready to start competing I'd say at least by summer 2010 the latest. What area of competing are we talking about? Figure, Fitness, bodybuilding?
