How I Started:
I am just tired of trying to be thin. So I decided to hit the gym. I want to have muscle definition . I am doing this alone because no one who I associate with has intrest in getting fit. Hopefully I can get some help here.

Looking at the photos of other women who were my size and bigger and how they changed their bodies just by going to the gym, if they can do so can I

For me just stepping into a gym is my accomplishment. I have no self esteem when it comes to my body so I am hoping when I start to see results that will chhange.

Goal (Long):
I am tired of my ass moving when I walk, I am tired of wearing pants during the summer because my legs are so ugly. I want to wear a bathing suit with out covering my hips and thighs. I want look better on the outside. Once I loose the fat I hope to see muscles appear. I have always admired people who work out. I didnt have the means to acheive this goal but now that I passion and the mean. I want to work hard in the gym eat healthy, and I hope to see a new me in the next 6 months.
I want to have defined abs legs arms and back. I want my butt to stop moving when I walk, I know this isnt going to be easy but I am up for the challange
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I come to the site on days I dont want to go to the gym and I see all the progress photos and that makes me want to go work out.

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
As a woman I would say none because most of the women are skinny and have no shape. I would however kill to have the body of some of the female body builders on here. I have true respect for them and I hope to come somewhat close to them. What type of person at your gym annoys you the most? Why?
Men who grunt like bears and people who sweat and dont wipe their sweat off machines gross
If anyone will respond I would be greatful. I am reading about supplements and how they should be taken. Currently I Use the NOS Explode to help me workout more effeciently two hours, when I come home I drink a protein shake and stack it with Glutamine Powder and I drink Glutamine before...

Thank you:) Honestly find some source of caffeine that will give you the energy to do the cardio. There is no fat burning miracle pill...but there are many good ones that will give you a great boost to have terrific workouts. Stacker 3 and Leviathan work great..and I am sure you can buy those here on the site.
