I am just tired of trying to be thin. So I decided to hit the gym. I want to have muscle definition . I am doing this alone because no one who I associate with has intrest in getting fit. Hopefully I can get some help here.

For me just stepping into a gym is my accomplishment. I have no self esteem when it comes to my body so I am hoping when I start to see results that will chhange.

Goal (Long):
Drop to 140 pack get leaner and tighter so I can do my first competition. Its hard work and dedication Ive come this far so why stop now. Im scared and uneasy because I dont know if I can do this but if I dont try I will regret it. Its been a dream of mine to have a lean tight toned body. I want to be like the ladies in Oxygen Magazie and the other fitness magazines not the Cosmopolitan women!! My legs were so flabby its taking me longer than I thought to get muscle on them. I get frustrated but I dont want to stop. Its going on a year and I am really starting to get into it. So lets see how I will look in another 8 months.

Thank you for your wonderful reply. I would appreciate and regard it as an honor if you would consider putting me on your “members that inspire list.” I am trying to work my way up the most inspirational ladder so that other amputees and people with handicaps can feel motivated and inspired to work out. So many handicapped people feel as though they can’t get into shape and I want them to know that they can.

OMG don't speak of bums! My bum disappeared months ago. Um aren't preggos supposed to have huge bums? My friend says from the back I don't look pregnant. No hips no bum. I think it was training my glutes and legs so hard then going to a halt. Thanks so much for the pic luv. The shoot was so much fun & I am getting so much positive feedback.
