How I Started:
I am just tired of trying to be thin. So I decided to hit the gym. I want to have muscle definition . I am doing this alone because no one who I associate with has intrest in getting fit. Hopefully I can get some help here.

For me just stepping into a gym is my accomplishment. I have no self esteem when it comes to my body so I am hoping when I start to see results that will chhange.

I will take off more bodyfat and get my weight down to a lean and tight 145.
Goal (Long):
I met my goal when I first started to loose 10 pounds that was July 08. I think I was bigger than I was I guess I was in denial. I am down to 155 I will get down to 145 and I want to lean and tight 145. My legs were so flabby its taking me longer than I thought to get muscle on them. I get frustrated but I dont want to stop. Its going on a year and I am really starting to get into it. So lets see how I will look in another 8 months.

I love her so much. Stong and beautiful. I remeber when I first joined and I saw her profile. I wrote her and asked her about her legs. Her legs were great when I saw them but she wanted more and never stopped. and THANK you...for the motivation right back. yah..not expecting results in a few months has helped me tremendously...I used to doubt myself soo much in the past i wouldnt get past 2 months..now here I am almost 6 months later 28 pounds down only 10 to go..i dont care if it takes 6 MORE months or 6 MORE years..as long as we get there!
