My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Philosophy
I like to keep it simple and traditional while mixing in training styles/theories that I know will work for my body. Loving DTP right now!
My Nutrition Philosophy View My Full Nutrition Philosophy
Right now, I'm beginning to cut for my 2013 competition season so I am following these macros daily: 175g protein, 100g carbs, 80g fat.
My Supplement Philosophy View My Full Supplement Philosophy
I love supplements because they really "fill in the blanks" of my nutrition program and help me have energy, get enough protein and recover.

I stay motivated by always imagining myself on stage at my next show. Somewhere out there is always another girl training hard!

I never once had to remind myself that I AM a... Go to BodyBlog

Metabolic damage, hormone damage, stress, food disorders, emotional and relationship stress, etc, etc. These are all VERY serious issues and very real. And I am very happy that awareness has been raised around these issues. What bothers me, though, is how it came to become such a huge issue. I'm confused. Why does dieting and training for...
