Just amazed on how hard you work in every aspect of your life. Finding time to get your workouts in, never complaining but rather embracing the challenges. All of this while raising 2 young 'uns
They could write an encyclopedia :) I pulled a muscle yesterday and can't look down or lay down, haha. It's so stupid. All I did was stretch my arms up and BOOM my upper back is shot.
Progress is blah...hence my lack of pictures. I'm feeling really strong and working hard but don't see a huge change. Probably partly my fault since I'm completely stressed. NOT good for the progress :-/ But I keep plugging away because I need the 90 minute escape every day!
I think I would be the same way. :) I am thinking about doing the 2 high, 2 low days...it worked well before. I will keep ya posted if I do and how it works out. :D Good info there though...I would lose track up high, low, no...LOL.
I mean I want to lose a tad bit of BF, but I can't go too low carb. When I do that, I loose too much weight and I am nto looking to do that. UGH....I just want to cut lower, build upper. HUmmmmm......
About everything! My head is spinning...life! GRRRRRRR! Naw, just feeling overwhelmed today. Got a sick kid and wondering how I will get everything done this week. And thinking about my goals. Not sure what a want...lean up, build...ya know. I can't do a bulk/cut at the same time. :D
in response to your comment on my jack3d blog; yes i normally use superpump 250. I've tried nano vapor and assault. superpump is a great product while the latter two only good products in my opinion. So far jack3d is the best but i haven't used it very much yet
