How I Started:
I started lifting in High School. We didn't have much equipment, just a couple of benches and squat racks. I really learned how to lift in college. The strength coach for basketaball knew his stuff. I lifted on and off after college, but really started back at the beginning of this year.
Why I Love It:
Lifting is a great way to get rid of stress. I just focus on what I'm doing and when I'm done I always feel better.
How I Stay Motivated:
Posting on BB.com, Tracking my workouts, and getting motivation from friends.

I would rather live my life as if there is a God, and die to find out there isn't, than live my life as if there isn't, and die to find out there is.
I don't ask for much on my daily goals.....just one more rep than last time.
When you stand firm in your beliefs...the people who don't will pass in and out of your life...the ones who stand with you..those are your friends.
