Focus patience dedication consistency and intensity
I would not say it is necessarily my philosophy but I completed and trained using the German volume training program. What I have learned is that it's not all about lifting but everything else mentioned in the subject header... Also, supporting each other is key to success . We could not function or do what we do if it wasn't for the help of someone else. For example, the people working hard to create the supplements take, our families support, our friends, etc... Get the idea right!

Clean eating leads to a great reward!
5:00 morning- per-workoutsupplements
6:30- 2 scoops whey, glutamine, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 banana, with almond milk and water.
9:00- 10 egg whites 1whole egg 1/2 cup of oats
12:00-1/2 sweet potato 8oz of tilapia or chicken
3:00- 2 scoops whey with handfist of almonds
6:00-tilapia with veggies
8:45- 1 1/2 scoop of whey with 1 tablespoon of natural peanut bubutter
water all day!!
