🎶🎵the way i leave is the way i came , i lift with no remose, im bringing the pain, im leaving the the gym slain🎵🎶 Reclaimed my full rool outs feet on barbell hands on wheel. , roll out barebell with feet while rolling forward hands on wheel , Next up for this exvercise what i used to do theses with a 45lbs on back 💥💥💥💪 AND slaughtered back tri bicep chest shoulder every muscles worked today again
