So i stopped taking so many selfies and refraining from post workout photos everyday. I stopped posting to my IG and all because i feel like im sharing more for validation than any other reason. Used to be because i was a fitness coach, but since im full time at the port, i dont have time to do coaching anymore. So it became more of a "look at me" habit. I came to the conclusion that i needed to learn how to love myself without the validation of others. This is the last place i have that i share my progress but thats only because i truly feel i share something in common with you all in this world of fitness. So i do appreciate you all for your support over the years through all of my changes, failures and growth. Yall are an awesome community and I really hope they update this app and keep it open. Idk what id do without yall. Might even start to give up without your motivation.
