How I Started:
My friends got me to start serious lifting while I was on my second deployment in iraq. I gained 26lbs in seven months and now I'm trying to get even bigger. I try to hit the gym at least 4 times a week. Sometimes though it gets a lil too hard to go with my work schedule. If you look at my pictures critique me and tell me what you think. I'de love the feedback even if it's negative!
Why I Love It:
I love it because there is no better feeling then the having an exhausting workout and feeling the rewards afterwards. It makes me feel more healthy and active. I feel better about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well I look in the mirror before I go to the gym and ask myself what can I work on with my workout for the day to better myself. I realize that if I give up on the gym then all my accomplishments were for nothing
BB Accomplishments:
When I started in Iraq I wieghed a whopping 150 lbs. of pure stickness!! Now I have muscle definition and gained 26 lbs. in 7 months! That is a feat for anyone and I am pround of myself. Im bigger and stronger than I have ever been in my whole life!

Goal (Long):
I want at least 18" arms and be able to bench 315 weighing in at 185 minimum with 7% to 8% bodyfat. I have always been skinny, you could say I was a twig, but now i weigh 176 and have some muscle defintion and I love working out. It is my passion in life. I want to achieve these goals by at least this coming december for my 23rd birthday. That would be the best bday gift I could ever give myself.
Just working and lifting. I am trying to pack on muscle without the fat. We will see how that goes. But generally, it has been a slow month at my gym. It sucks that you have not had time for the gym. That changing anytime soon?
noxadex? iv heard of it but what brand? i took finnaflex for a cycle and gained about 14lbs of solid mass
wrestling is going great bro, college life is alright but need more time for the gym haha
Thanks bro. To be honest, I only do 1 ab workout every other day; decline situps. I do 5 sets of 25; the first 14 of every set I twist (elbow to opposite knee). The other half is diet!
The most recent stage pics were from a show end of May and I won my class. I'm gearing up for another show in 5 wks and I better take OVERALL this time!!
hey jeremy..for your noodles:here is my response:noodles are very good for pre workout.take 1 1/2 hour before workout and add some dry grape...you will see how much it is powerful..you will make your own pre workout supplement:-)for any question use my pm.have nice week..

just making you feel more important my brother. yeah i am gaining and add at least an inch to my arms and calves. i am now at a good 195lbs... last month i was 180lbs....great this bodybuilding sir. thanks for the info Marine. i am honored that you still talk to me!!

I just got up from a cat nap, I hit the iron early this morning and used 3 scoops of superpump 250, oh yeah! Hammered my chest like an animal and was spent during church, lol. Ready to hit the biceps tommorrow, got make the puppies cry, lol.
