2/3 cup oats, 2 tsp chia seeds, 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, 1 tsp honey, 1/2 chopped peach, 3 chopped strawberries, 1 cup vanilla almond milk. Mix in a mason jar & put in the fridge. It will be ready to eat in the morning smile emoticon
