An I can't loose diet is one where I lose 30 pounds from my top weight. This always leaves me shredded and I have some outstanding parts that shred ridiculous. 270 is goal then diet. 260 here at the end of day. 255 in am.
6'0" 52 years old 255 in am. 230 and i'll be a chiseled work of Art. Hard to beat Masters over 50 class. Most guys cannot maintain this density especially when it comes to legs over 50 to many miles on the knees. My leg training is superb.
