Ok.. not sure if CrazyOrGenius but I have officially made a brown rice protein shake. Came out huge, but going down smooth. Decent flavor and texture. 672 cals c87 f8 p66 1c 2% + 2scp Dymatize PP + 6blackberries +2 servings brown rice. Blend.

Being physically fit will help you mentally and emotionally. Reduce stress, boost self-confidence, treat depression, helps relax, more energy, inspire others...the positives are countless..can't figure out why more don't do it. Get your therapy in.

Collected my States meet t-shirt and bought my first soft suit. Starting to get nervous...States is now 5 weeks away and I've been down with a cold since last week :( Haven't been training. Looking forward to getting back to it next week.
